Due to the nature of our small-batch, minimally processed & preservative-free products, all sales are final.

If a product is damaged, please notify us at hello@cultandsociety.com and contact USPS within 7 days of purchase. We are happy to help you through the USPS claim process. All Cult & Society products are insured by USPS. You can use your tracking number to file a claim.
